Youth Sports Insurance
Youth sports injury cover from YourSportsCover is a low cost way of compensating for serious injuries.

The cost is equivalent to a few pounds a week but the benefits far outweigh that cost.
Key Exclusions
- Temporary total disablement - a 7 day deferment period will apply. Evidence of lost earnings is required.
- Medical expenses necessarily incurred in the treatment of the insured team member where a weekly benefit claim has been accepted or the team member is unable to attend school for longer than 7 days. Up to £500 in respect of any one accident to any one insured team member. The player’s / official’s normal GP must be consulted first and a referral letter supplied. The first £25 of each claim is excluded.
- Travelling by air or motorcycle is excluded.
Personal Accident Benefits
Team members would be covered while:
- Playing or officiating for the club at home or away fixtures.
- Taking part in training organised by the club.
- Travelling (not by air/motorcycle) directly to or back from home or away fixtures as part of an organised party under the direction of the club.
- Taking part in any social non-sporting activity organised by the club including social activities (e.g. discos) but excluding firework displays and sponsored events*

Public Liability Cover
Covers your legal liability to pay for compensation and claimants’ costs and expenses for accidental bodily injury or accidental loss or damage to property sustained by members of the public and occurring in connection with the sport. Including member to member liability.

Firework displays and sponsored events are not included as standard (may be included for an additional premium).
